Can't answer your technical stuff, but can say - and heard this direct from Fred - he has always resisted taking any partner money from Merck or anyone else because.....nobody gives money for free; this would limit the upside potential. Better off being an unencumbered bride. It is an intentional gambit. IMV has been upfront about it. I actually like it as I can sit with my shares through think and thin knowing the upside if this gets approved is enormous. Look at Sarepta - they have one drug, for an obscure for of MS, and stock is worth $10 B US!!!

Explain why a "C" drug couldn't match?? The "blessing" is Covid allowed IMV to fill the tank ay favorable prices, plus garnered new attention. Whatever you think about management, they raised money right as without Covid, those financial pirates would have beat the stock below $1.50 to finance. That's how it works with minnows. That's a huge risk off the table.

I thought yesterday was a rare gift and filled my tank with more shares. I don't know if this is The bottom, but the data flow suggest good odds going forward; stock will be over $20 in a hurry if even a whiff of potential approval IMO.
