slow but steady = healthyAs I supposed and posted last week, the stock stays and will stay at or below 0.17 for some days or weeks until good company news is out. I dont expect any further short term upside from the zinc price neither for the next 1-2 weeks, maybe even some downside to 1.15 again. Doesnt change the fact that till year end with an average zinc prices of around 1.15 plus a permanent CFO until then, I see the stock rise to 0.20.
More substantial upside will be seen once we see funds flowing in here. I personally think that having a permanent CFO again will make a good impression on some professional investors and lift the price a little, but not yet start a big buyback. This might need Q 4 to finish, the company being officially back in line with its covenants again and massive positive cash flow reducing the debt visible to every bookkeeper (and the algos) after publishing the results. So we re talking about February for that.
Further on, probably in Februar/March we ll get the new TC, which will influence profitability and even more so the company´s outlook for 2021. Maybe it would even be good to wait with Q1 results a little until we have the 2021 TC, so the company could publish an outlook based on these TC.
And even further down the road, in May 2021 we ll see Q1 results and the company probably being profitable again for the "last 12 months" as we ll then skip the Q1/2020 results.
So: positive things are down the road and it all tells me that with the MA 200 now slowly turning positive and the MA 100 underlining the chart, this slow, but steady growth might just continue until February. Once we see funds coming back and investing several their millions, this might give the price a boost comparable to the one it saw in 2016.
As mentioned before, the possible and probable capital increase therefore gets the better and most profitable for the company the more it waits for the good news, the profits and the fund capital to flow in. And thank god, Trevali now has that time. Every month will lift the share price, the attention the company gets and multiply the possibilities and opportunities for management.
As for us shareholders: patience wins the game. I do hope the "daily infights" between bulls and bears in this forum will calm and I guess that things will get boooring, but in a positive way :)
