I went bacik to the news release, it is very clear that it is prorata as you and I both stated. 1% of AMK = 1% of Stinger. What might change is the ratio of the 45,000,000 shares to the outstanding AMK # due to potential change in that # based on cashing in of options and/or warrants between the time of the news release and the actual vote on the spinout. That does not impact the %age of shares you will get of the 45,000,000 (that number does not change) other than that if you did have 1% of AMK at time of announcement, you may only have 0.9998% of the outstanding shares on vote date. If that is the case, now you will get 0.9998% of the Stinger shares.IMO C300
