The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Kenmoor, believe me, I would love to be proven wrong. You are right that the timing is the best it has ever been, if Farshad can find a buyer, he won't have to worry about making a market and fighting the Market Makers and traders, which by the way previously he has not been very good at controlling these guys as evidenced by every time the price moved over the years, it has been beaten back down. Good Luck.... I can't wait, do you expect the sale of the company to occur in the next month or so....?
