No diplomatic experince at all. none. Zero.
But he found 1 out of 2 Muricans are very gullible and will believe... anything promised.
An emotional lot.
If you have a future, an education, then you don't need a messiah to save you.

So YES the Republicans have created the deep division in the US today.
