I don't have an agenda other than to make money.  I'm from Winnipeg so know of Artis and understand some of their properties here which are nice including the strip mall close to where I live in St. Vital that is full of pandemic proof business like Shoppers, Liquor Mart, cannabis, pizza, clinic, tim hortons, etc.  I had heard of Artis initially from Rob Tetrault that worked for National Bank and now Cannacord and has a YouTube channel, he's a wealth advisor also from Winnipeg that does really good for his clients. But I only started investing in it this year after it has crashed and have been doing analysis / due diligence on it.  Sorry if my analysis irks you, I've been searching things with Google and this is the stuff I come up with and the conclusions so far.  Sorry that you see an 'agenda'  Funny I might have more shares than you.  Not trying to change an opinion just presenting a current one.  And yes I am a real estate investor myself both physical and through public REIT and know enough but not qualified to run a REIT and don't have historical context of old conference calls. I must be short or Sandpiper right? Those that are into conspiracy theories are the ones that don't look at things logically.  Just look at the history of my posts you probably will conclude something based on actual real data and critical thinking.

At least tell things as they are , you arent about creating value or workign for the investors, you are a self absorb activist , good twist on Dream ... NOT! good luck with your vast experince in real estate we feel really safe..
