What happenedThis was posted on another website ceo.ca on July 15. An email reply to a shareholder. What broke down? 

 Got an email from IR in ETI yesterday, this seems to be the state of play with ETI/Mineworx LOI: "The Mineworx relationship is advancing according to our Letter of Intent. The Letter outlines a staged agreement. The first stage is laboratory R&D, which is under close collaboration at our laboratory where we provide support and oversight. Recoveries continue to be robust and we anticipate the continued, consistent results over the remaining testing steps estimated to take another four months. Once that program is complete, Mineworx will take full control of the pilot stage, triggering a definitive agreement. The successful pilot will trigger a license agreement and construction of a commercial plant. The principles are outlined in the Letter of Intent and are based on each successful stage.
