I'd imagine that there are a ton of sales calls and RFPs being created at the moment and Sagecomm will have built proforma response language, templates etc for that as well but you are correct, their primary responsibilities will be to handle the more brand related activities and give the business and their commercial/sales team the tools to be able to focus on their responsibilities in the near term.
I just wanted to stand up for the marketer's union* here and say that Sagecomm is a support function for a specific job and the bulk of the commercial efforts still will lie with the business to execute and i have every confidence they are doing that.
