RE:RE:RE:Re: Move

RE:RE:RE:Re: MoveGOOD ADVICE - GREAT STRATEGY , been doing the same myself for many years. Gains far outpacing losses.

Not pumping - but don't forget that, this management team has brought the company to this point borrowing from us and as a result the company is debt free -i.e. can't go bankrupt, won't go to zero. If the planning going forward materializes into a producing mine as predicted by 2024 then Phoenix will be a cash cow, I would hope that some of the cash generated goes into buying back shares from us.

Next set of catalysts as I see it - that would add to value:

     1)   a significant drilling hit
     2)   complettion of the EIS/EA - studies recently re-started
     3)   aquistion of a LT sales contract at $50/lb or more for at least half the production
     4)   Completion of the FS
     5)   securing the bank financing on favourable terms
     6)   spot price increasing
     7)   Goviex share price increasing because of all of the above - we own a wack of them

Negatives:

      1)   share consolidation
      2)   major reactor failure(s)
      3)   trying to merge/buy out another developer/explorer before we are ready
      4)   loosing current leadership

Risk/Reward? still positive in my opinion
