Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

These charters aren't smarter than supercomputers

These charters aren't smarter than supercomputersWe've held $7.00 so far even with ACB news and I said $6.50-$7.00 was the new floor after the election/Sweetwater. Ten people can read the charts ten different ways so ignore these short term quants. Aurora is building up pressure in the slingshot for us.

No US election official has legitimized voter fraud (just Republican leaders) so the legal challenges are null. People are worried again about us still facing COVID through the winter. We'll really see what's what within two weeks so by December 14th I'd bet we're sitting at $8.50 CAD minimum when all news has been settled (slightly later if Sweetwater isn't approved until the latter half of December).

If you're unsure jumping in and out short term, SHOP is a buy at these levels two weeks before US Thanksgiving (they release Black Friday numbers the following Monday, will be through the roof) for a short term spike or even wait until their next earnings in the new year too. But APHA is solid heading into January earnings. Good luck!
