there is more chance of a hostile takover than this JV deal going thru IMO
they are no longer taking calls and getting delisted at the end of next week
JV deal could of been fake news like the last time Bruce tried dealing the JV deal card.
This ticker can be a good buying oppurtunity if the BOD gets removed.
