RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is this concerning for anyone??Daniel: welcome to the PYR board...
imho, you are too worried about this recent financing, because in the big scheme of things, this financing, and especially the warrrants, will have minimal impact and will be forgotten...
the financing was necessary for the company to uplist to the TSX, and to move ahead with company initiatives...
keep in mind that Peter Pascali holds 52% of the shares, so you can bet that what he does is done so for the good of the company, and ultimately the share price...
PS: note that a few sneaky posters on this board will beg to differ, for example Olderguy and fdfd12 will question and find fault with EVERY SINGLE THING that PYR management does... they are here to create doubt and worry, and to get you to sell your shares... they spend their days posting on an anonymous internet discussion board, and in a million years, could not even BEGIN to build and run a company like PYR...

I hope the SP is much higher but it's a little bit of a head scratcher in why that price of the warrants ($6.75) and the 24 month timeframe. I hope all those warrant holders get their written warning in 30 days that their warrants are set to expire because the SP has a nice run up and this am warrant aspect becOmes a non issue.
also a couple people posted about my first day. Yes it is. Everyone starts someone on here if they so choose. Been following pyr a long time and just decided to post on here today. So what? That's my right. And do the other guy who said it's funny I ask a question and then don't respond, give me sometime, maybe 5 hours to respond. It's not like 5 years has elapsed here pal.
thanks to all
then actually responses though. It's something I'm still trying to process with the warrants. Maybe $6.75 was selected as that is about the SP all time highs at this point. But good for the acceleration clause to be put it and like I say I hope it becomes a moot point way before 24 months from now.
