Normally, if major shareholders are opposed to a transaction, there would be a big spread to the offered price due to the risk factor. 

I suppose most market participants feel that Apollo has room to improve the bid and feel confident about the bid beeing sweetened.
 

We'll have to see what happens...  In any case, thanks for letting me know... I was really clueless about the current SP at or above 39$.

I'll go and listen to the CC to get a clearer picture.
