Wow, that was actually quite a bit of opposition in the CC that came out of the blue with some really emotional investors... If anything, it made it quite entertaining. 

At this point, I'm wondering if the buying at 39 and above isn't shareholder accumulation in order to block the deal... There was some big shareholders in there that collectively probably hold over 20%+ of the company absolutely opposed...

I like one of the comment pointing to the timing of the negociations with APO and pointing to some obvious negativity in the last earnings... Implying some SP manipulation...

I love to watch such drama unfold.
