Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Sandpiper's proposed board member... caution...Speaking of burning shareholders was anyone else In All in west capital?  All in west  board was same guys as  Artis - Victor Thielman, Wayne Townsend, Edward Warkenton. Same victor that just resigned suddenly from ax. Ceo was a martens too. These guys lost thousands of my dollars when company pushed to bankruptcy by creditors after failed real estate play.. I sold most of my ax in disgust after The all in west flamed out but for the few Units I have left I know how I'll vote in feb.  Glta!
