I will do much better then breakeven, probably double or more my investment in a year as occupancy rates continue to improve and Americans, tied of being confined, go on traveling sprees while the local economy flourishes. AHIP is invested significantly in blue collar America, one of the key reasons I chose to invest in the company. One of the top occupancy rates of any REIT in North America.
As long as positive news keeps coming about this looming vaccine, it's only a matter of time before AHIP rockets. That is why I think you should cover your short before you get torched.
