We've hade many little runs $.025-.045 in the past year and I admit it is depressing to se the SP always come back down but I dont believe these were Pumps and dumps. I think this is smart long term investors buying as much as they can without making the SP run and with each of these little rises in price, they've accumulate 10's of million shares.. One day it will do the same but it won't stop at $.04-.045. If they wanted out they could have easily pump it way higher and just once.. repeated smal runs with the SP retreating to pre run level is a clear sign of accumulation.. Cheers..
