RE:RE:So 8.5 mil usd a y for divvery hard to sell private shares, you have to contact individual person. i don't want private shares that are hard to sell.

people who don't want private shares don't get any benefit if gcm is taken private at current price, and not many willing to pay above market price. it would be like a takeover of gcm when it is undervalued without getting the upside for people who don't want illiquid private shares.

and you won't get fair value in an illiquid market.
private shares does not mean you can sell at a higher price, often you would be selling at a lower price than public shares because it is harder to find an individual to buy your shares.

Brioche ,  I don`t see anywhere these enormous amounts of state taxes you say the company is paying . Some more info please .
I have said to Serafino many times . Take this company private . You owe the market players no favours . Dump them.   If not that then here is my Xmas wish . Aggressively buy back shares until until we are down to 25 million while increasing the dividend until it`s in the mid teens . This will reward serious investors who aren`t using this company as a door mat .
My 2nd Xmas wish is for people who come here to pump other stocks to stop it .   JAG doesn`t match up to Gran Colombia by any measure . Less than 1/2 the production and as for jurisdiction . how can it get any worst than Brazil and now even the dividend is no better .
Tired of being at the mercy of people like Sprott .
