RE:latest offeringThe short of a NASDAQ  listing is that the SP has to be over $4.00 US for 90 days prior to , minimum assets of $5 million which can be in cash.
Let's walk before we run , we will not get to $4.00 US overnight unless there are some unreal news, patience.
