RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Special Meting resultI lost a fortune on this gong show as well, and you have to think this horse thing is some kind of sick joke. You can bet Faousi came out of this just fine especially with what he was paying himself all of those years, for doing such a bang up job (TIC). When you are a publicly traded company as CEO you are obligated to do a conscious effort to bring value to shareholders of the company, not to just one shareholder. This whole process of restructuring thats been going on for the last year and a half or two, looks like it has a criminal aspect to it. I will never invest anything in a stock on the venture exchange ever again.
