Maybe some thought it would be too capital intensive, ie monies are tied up in leased assets, but that is not how it will happen
The torches will most likely be sold to a financial partner who carries the lease. That is how most companies that do not have a leasing division do it.
So they will collect 100% of the sale price up front and the leasing company will take it from there
