Asset Value per share

Asset Value per shareAccording to SEDAR, the total share equity on Aug31st was approx $161.35 million. BWEL.U closed at $0.39 and SOL owns approx 80 million share. Today BWEL.U closed at $0.52, up $0.13 since Aug31st. That's another $13.6 million added on to the $161.35 million gives us approx  $175 million in share equity. Aug31st S/O were 54.109 million giving SOL an asset value of $3.21 a share not even including the merger. Why is this still trading at $2.40 when the break up value is almost a buck higher. Again I say, IMHO way way undervalued.
