RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Adrian McArthur's plan going into 2021.TFSAfunds, Clark put up about 50 G, Riopel about 35 G and McArthur 10 G.
Their G's do not make for gorilla amounts.
I didn't classify investors. The company made that declaration.
The issue of the buffer zone definitely impacted the scope of the Manganese project but has become a non-issue since they couldn't make a go of it within the licensed mine area let alone being able to expand production into the known mineralization closer to the buffer.
What does it say about a company when they disclose they built the ore processing plant in the wrong location?
You've pointed out many times that the company has never produced a 43-101 resource for Manganese. Actually they did report one and then it was stripped away. Deemed non-compliant by a mine engineering firm.
The company also reported a 43-101 resource and PEA on tin from tailings. The numbers seemed very promotable but nothing came of it.
"The maiden resource estimate confirmed an indicated resource of 3.3 million tonnes containing almost 2,100 tonnes of tin and an additional 57.9 million tonnes containing 30,500 tonnes of tin. At a current tin price of $19,850/t, the total in situ value of the tin resource in the tailings is approximately $650M.
Meridian Mining MNO Tin
The Pea was based on a processing rate of 3.8 million tonnes per year (just over 10,000 tonnes per day) which aims to produce almost 32,000 tonnes of tin over a 16 year mine life. That’s approximately 2,000 tonnes per year which is pretty decent considering the initial capex was estimated at just $28M (for a capital intensity of $14,000 per tonne of output). Using a 10% discount rate and a slightly higher tin price ($20,500/t, 3% higher than the current spot price), the tailings project boasts an after-tax NPV of $50M with an IRR of almost 40%."
McArthur has to do what previous management has not been able to do. Take a project, in this case Cabacal, and align effective promotion with positive devlopments on the project and for the love of a higher spirit, don't misrepresent a resource as being 43-101 compliant if it isn't.
McArthur has a shot here, some cash on hand to get a few early results but does he have any reach on Bay or Howe or is he going to rely on McLucas to run the promotion in the UK?
He better have all three on tap as the cash on hand won't take them further than this time next year.
I wonder if they can send down the borehole EM equipment into previously drilled holes. Rainy season shouldn't impact that move if it is possible and a healthy conductor would only need one fresh drill going into it hitting very healthy numbers to get things off in a very promotable way.
McArthur can't sit idle here. The time is now. Plenty of metals stories out there right now getting a push due to the elevated metals pricing environment.
Most won't amount to anything but who really cares. If you're in one and the promotion gets the stock to rip. Take the profits and look for the next one.
