Well, personally - I'd need to see the actual financials and not this managment summary with it's positive spins.
I can say that from what I've seen - it was hardly a 'turn around' quarter by any means. The new CEO has done nothing, there were no new developments listed in the third quarter at all.
By their own statement - adjusted EBITDA is not a useful measure or recognized tool for investors. One time charges - including inventory valuation write off - is a continued concern.
You can to look at the actual loss - or you can take out a bunch of expenses until you get positive ebidta like they did in the summaries. 

Oh - and no mention of HYTN? Gosh, that's a suprise.
All in all, kinda blah - more of the same but just wait for the next quarter (again)
