RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Spinco is actual a bargainIMO, I doubt the issue price for Monarch Mining would be substantially higher than what the stated price of 75 cents is, unless there is a slew of great news about Beaufor and McKenzie, which the CEO said will be release in coming weeks. If that happens I can see the opening share price of Monarch Mining be well above 85 cents.

Once Monarch Mining restarts Beaufor mine and it  is estimated to produce approx.  20K ounces per year and can generate around  $15M in profit. So at roughly 63M shares issued for Monarch Mining, IMO the stock price has potential to soar to over $2.50 at least by autumn next year. With positive news on Mckenzie and Croinor, Monarch Mining can be a 5 to 10 bagger in 2-3 years. Not bad at all.
