For the company G&A jumped from $1,028,078 to $4,727,903?????

Explanation is that it was in the Cannabis business and was related to a 1 time charge. This is a $3.7M increase that had it not happenned would have led to a much more impressive quarterly operating performance.

Any ideas on what this one time (G&A) charge is?
