It's a great Friday to see our SP up big. Be patient to see our value to be realized. If you can trade high and low, good for you. I am a type of man just buy the HIghest Quality Junior, then Hold on to it! The market may anticipate the next Wednesday Webnar or something big!

Market is always looking ahead, not response to what happening. High quality project is always pickup up first. CATL is so luck and timing it perferctly to have a foot in our door.

I anticipate that the CATL deal will be closed within two weeks or before the end of month.

I speculate that the FS's production will be increased (I pick 30K). CATL will become a 50% partner of NLC, paying 200 - 300 millions for its 50%, and lend NLC 100-200 millions to incrase production top 30K for the 1st phase.

CATL will act quickly, otherwise, someone else may try to steal the deal.

This is just my speculation.
