So personally, I'm not sure what people are complaining about. This happens ALL the time.

You think if a hedge fund or other large investment firm calls the CEO of AMZN or FB they won't answer or call them back right away?

I had the guy that runs my mutual fund talk with the CEO of Netflix just recently regarding the whole Cuties scandal and I exited that fund and any other funds that hold Netflix but the point is large shareholders in fact have a different level of access.

that's life guys... and I was NOT on the call and I bet I hold more shares than some of those early investors.
