5.00 might be a bit high for awhile unfortunately... book value is 3.34 per share plus maybe 0.50 for unrecognized tax losses equal 3.85ish. Maybe they can monetize some investments for more than book hard to say.

if they have a buyout offer anywhere near 3.85 you take it
