Unfortunately I agree. Unless the stock retakes.40 and climbs/stays above .42, there is a real risk of further erosion in the share price. The very dilutive financing provides a little more than 2 months of the current cash burn rate. At potentially 190M shares o/s (assuming over-allotment and warrant conversion), .30 would actually value the company at the same market cap where it was when it was trading in the .40's - that's the unfortunate power of dilution! IMO management has a lot to answer to on their upcoming webcast. I dumped my position for a loss and will follow the stock from the sidelines for now.
