Successfully enrolling patients into a CCM program means you need trained Enrollment Specialists, supplied with patient demographic and claims information, that are skilled at establishing the value proposition of a well-run CCM program. CMS requires that patients must give their consent to be in a CCM program and agree to pay their monthly copay. Then, and only then, clinicians can begin to do what they do best; provide monthly clinical services. https://www.chartspan.com/the-ccm-problem-that-no-one-wants-to-talk-about/ lscfa wrote: No point onboarding patients if you can't meet the minimum time requirements to be reimbursed. I suspect Reliq is using the funding to hire more care center staff.

In the past they said that onboarding was going to be an easy task, quickly done and revenues will soar. Well, its 3 years later and that simply has not proven to be the case...now they are saying they need to raise cash to onboard patients???
Whats the scoop here????
