RE:RE:Dicussion's OngoingNVA i am a fan of the asset, not the management who have next to NO! skin in the game.
The play on NVA right now may be the bonds, the company is asset rich in a commodity market that is 3 months away from a turn around. My guess is some big money is taking out the bonds, and POU will be taking out the stock. It will trigger a bond redemption.
This survival mode plan of management is simply destroying the value of the company.
Next quater even if they paid down 50 million in debt, the bank would simply futher cut their line, and the 25 cents a share of debt reduced from the balance sheet would do nothing to appease the share holders and the bankers would be looking for more cuts.
NVA is not really running this business like a oil company anymore, the banks are telling management what to do, and the executive should just stay at home, and say they are protecting the company from COVID, they sound like Justin Trudeau incarnate to me.
Time to sell NVA to a company where the management owns 50% of the stock and has real skin in the game.
IMHO
