It may not be a full go private particularly considering the share and voting structure allows them to have control as is. But appointing an independent chair in the midst of all the other moves suggests something structural in the works. Going private is on the extreme end of that but maybe there is something short of that like a substantial substantial issuer bid. You need to remember 40% of shareholders didn't want to be common shareholders and were forced converted from the series 5 pref concision. Taking these shares out will be a key objective. Dundee didn't want to convert them either.
