RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Massive recurring revenue Newsflash canyousayiii, get a bag of chips, eat chips, and leave this board. Don't need your negativity here. Eat chips and either smarten up or leave this SH board!

canyousayiii wrote: Newsflash Uncleron: "we" is a very small audience. The market hated it, and hated it on Friday too once it had a chance to digest. We will see how much loving it gets next week, but my guess is that there won't be a big lovefest until there is some concrete news on business developments and $$$. Thursday high was $4 before your lovefest began. So, now that there is so much love for this new business model, we should snap up to WELL over $4 in the next few days. That is what you are saying and given that you are always right, I look forward to it and giving you a thumbs up on getting that one right...but not holding my breath for giving you a thumbs up at Christmas. ;-)
Uncleron wrote: Newsflash for Canyousay, we love this NR.. Leasing is a natural option that is beneficial to the customer & PyroGenesis ..when Peter says he can make more money the markets will pay attention .. the late Thursday NR caused a knee-jerk reaction that was corrected on Friday ( mostly),, now that the analysts have had a few days to digest this fact, I expect we are going to get back on track on Monday and rear past the $4 mark or more depending on what Peter has up his sleeve this week..he ALWAYS has something..uncleron is always right !..Cheers.................

I agree with you that the leasing option was TOTALLY unexpected.  We didn't see it coming.

But that being said, why are you so negative about this leasing thing?

Some customers can afford to buy outright, others may choose a combination of both, and yet others may only be able to afford to lease.  Why do we care?  The important thing is that Pyro will make money regardless of the chosen option.

And more importantly, with a leasing contract, Pyro gets recurring revenues for years and has its foot in the door of its customers' plants and can do some cross-selling.

Sounds pretty damn good to me!

canyousayiii wrote: Newsflash for Uncleron: the leasing option may end up being superior economically than a sale, but I dont recall it being discussed before the last NR. So, "not unexpected" is another one of your very loose statements. I will yet again say what may not be obvious for some of you - lease versus buy does not have an answer which one is better. The answer depends on the terms of each option. But the lease may be the only financing option for some customers to afford so the option is not lease or sell, but lease or no deal at all.
