The 70% decline in share price it what bothers me ! 

 

That's true, because at the end of the day, the stock price is what every investor really cares about; however, the falling stock price is a symptom...not the cause.  The cause of the problem is early hype and promotion followed by month after month of silence and lack of news related to the expected contracts.
