Ethics

Ethics"-the moral correctness of specified conduct. "

It is no secret who I am to management at Enviroleach. I am transparent. I have brought my opinions below up to IR and also Mr. Nelson, a number of times in the past year.

I think it is ethically wrong to give statements to a subscriber based entity David Morgan owns, whilst shareholders are not told the facts beforehand.
I think it is ethically very wrong to be appointed to a board on Nov 12, the same board that David Morgan of the Morgan Report has also been appointed to, a spin off of Enviroleach( private company) and then give your fellow board member whom is making an income from his subscribers, information before Enviroleach shareholders. Can't help it, I think it is wrong.

I guess the good thing with all of this, with the CEO of MIneworx not being on the board of Enviroleach anymore, and not going ahead with the DA, he can release the facts of the DA in a news release, if he feels that they were misrepresented by the private statement to David Morgan subscribers. imho
