Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:RE:RE:RE:PostsGood analysis GOBOGOH.Covers a lot and explains a few things about the debt.With so many shares outstanding it's hard to even consider the sale price.Frazer mentioned something about Harte being one of the few companies whose market cap was the same as the debt outstanding.There has been more than a couple of hundred million poured into this venture.The value has not been unlocked in my opinion and there is considerable exploration upside.The wait is painful as I am retired like Ulster ,but for 7 years ,not 20.Bought my shares when I retired and should have pulled out 3 years ago but got  greedy looking for 1.50.Now it would have to sell for 1.5 billion to get that.There are a couple of things that could make that happen.One is a substantial increase in the price of gold and the other is exploration success.GLTA
