I go by presentations on you tube and some audio presntatinsOn one occasion he mentioned 50 milllion of the raise would be shares. That is US dollars.
That was before the 20 million dollar cap rasie with sprott. That of course also had the annoying 1/2 warrants.
So I am hopeing it will just be another 30 million or 40 million cadn. It is not the end of the world, it just knocks the nav per share down to the 2.80 rantge, deending on how much they issue and whether they have 1.2 wrnts. Stcok with a 2.80 nav is still a steal. I already have a large position, and as such I will wait, because shares are always isssued at lower than current share price. Unlike others on this board, I realize the project is so golden, so low risk, and the management track record is so stellar, that the financing will be no problem. I am howeve puzzled why the french banks didn't go trough with it as their boots on the ground would be consulatants with mining expertise, and therefore they themselves would gain very little from looking over the property
