RE:Show Uncle Inkie on the teddy bear where the company....

That's your subjective perception of the world. Some would view this in a defensive way and find excuses the way that you do while others would view it as constructive criticism and it would lead to improvement. Up to the reader I guess.

theres no doubt progress has been made with the FDA. Failure does not sit there. It's the fact that the company sits on multiple FDA approvals and is unprofitable. Or that on the face of
it you have this toxic work culture. But the company consistently raises money and dilutes shareholders without cutting them a break and disregarding their needs.

To boil it down to its essence.. all I'm saying is you got pissed off employees and you got pissed off shareholders and you don't do anything about either. But you go out and pay yourself well and raise money and dilute consistently.

How about sparing a couple of bucks from your raises to make those other happy? Spend on IR make employees feel like they want to be there?

Or is that narcissist comment true where those pesky shareholders are 'disposable batteries' as the employee put it?

This is a shocking development from The Beech Boys and their rather persistent 20 year effort to paint a toxic illustration of the rather remarkable scientific journey this "modest little champion" has made..

Surprised?? ....Heck NO!

For an unknown reason ( THEY OWN IT ALL )...wink wink nudge nudge ; - )

The message here to shareholders seems to be far worse than the Glassdoor  "creative writing"...

Counting the FDA approved Cardiac test, the one we sold to Nanagen for 9M, we have achieved 5 FDA approvals and our share went to $41 CAD/share after the first of 5 approvals..

Now, we see FULL Covid19 approvals from both Canada and the US FDA, turn a Baxter $6.5M CAD into a NEGATIVE with some "slick accounting" ( ga head Wally, give him another raise ; - )  ) and recently achieve a FDA approval for our new DIMI machine to match the approval on it's brother SAMI ( we seem to like to "rent these ones" ...mule strategy )

From 85 cents CAD to 35 cents CAD on all the "good news" ...and now more bad news from a public "creative writing site" hmmmmm..

I smell a RUSE...NO..I smell "The Beech" ; - )

Geeez..I hope we don't slip back under 40 pennies CAD on some "random trading" LOL & hehehe

Bon appetito...please digest ALL the efforts to send you away!
Tom
