RE:RE:RE:You guys saying glassdoor is part of our marketing plan? Hah. Nah I have better things to do that work for spectral.
In my scouting for news of all my investments I took 5 minutes to google spectral medical. Clicked the news tab... saw nothing new.. then went to the web side, scrolled down to about the 7th link and saw 1.3 stars reviewing spectral. Clicked on it.. saw the first review.. got curious... wanted to read the rest.. signed up.. and felt this connection to what the employees said and felt like it was something that needed to be aired out.
Posted it here...
maybe it leads to improvement or maybe the management feels they're better than to listen to anyone.
Time will tell.

1.
Pros
Small company - challenges you to renew your knowledge in the field.
Cons
Unfair Salaries - employees are either paid VERY high or very low in comparison to statistical average in geographical region. Child-like Management logic - jumping to conclusion despite evidence supporting the contrary; will not make any effort to motivate employees and treats them similarly to "disposable batteries." They neglect their employees, take the employees for granted, and never make the employees feel important or valuable Lack of Communication skills - Do not expect the minimal level of understanding nor comprehension. Do not accept an offer unless it's a life and death situation.
Advice to Management
Stop waving your retirement flag, start doing something about department where you feel you shouldn't care about.
2.
Pros
Occasional company outings. Some employees are cool to get to know.
Cons
Management has adversarial attitude towards employees in order to motivate them, including but not limited to: shouting, swearing and accusations with pThey neglect their employees, take the employees for granted, and never make the employees feel important or valuableoorly made excuses to cover the mistakes. Last but not least, disgruntled employees leaving a mess in the washrooms.
Advice to Management
HR and Sales department is a big mess, one begins to think how did they get the job in the first place.
3.
Pros
Office space is pleasant. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Runs like a family business. Very little opportunity to grow a career.
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees.
4.
Pros
Colleagues are empaths and approachable.
Cons
The executives are narcissistic. Everything will revolve around them, it will be all about their needs, their wants, their life. Nothing will ever be their fault. Even with evidence to the contrary, it still is NEVER their fault. They neglect their employees, take the employees for granted, and never make the employees feel important or valuable. Selfish is an understatement when employees are dealing with the executives. The only feelings they care about is their own. All individuals around them are objects to be used for their own gratification or needs.
Advice to Management
Talk the talk, walk the walk.
5.
Pros
Laid back environment. Co-workers are approachable.
Cons
Unequal treatment of employees. There is always a sense that one team is more valued than other, which consequently lead to favoritism. Unequal distribution of workload. It is not uncommon seeing certain individuals not doing any productive work. Environment is laid back, but it may be too laid back for some people.
Advice to Management
None.
substitute shareholder for employee and it all makes sense.
"They neglect their employees ( sub shareholders ) and take the employees (sub shareholders) for granted, and never make the employees ( sub shareholders) feel important or valuable"
Lack of Communication skills ( nuff said)
Management has adversarial attitude towards employees ( sub shareholders)
They neglect their employees take the employees (Sub shareholders) for granted, and never make the employees (sub employees) feel important or valuable
Last but not least, disgruntled employees (Sub shareholders) leaving a mess in the washrooms ( sub bull boards)
