RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PostsHomestone, Thanks for the compliment.  Anyone potential buyer would not care about the number shares outstanding - 1 billion, 2 billion, it won't affect the offer price.  The offtake agreement would have an impact and the debt would if it is not converted - the purchaser would need to deal with these.   However, if the price of gold holds and the operations are running well and the reserves are over 3 million oz, then pick a likely purchase price divide by the aniticipated shares o/s  and you should he a price per share that is a few multiples highe then the current price.   It probably won't be a crazy high s/p but much higher then .135 cents.  Compare that to your average price.  If you not making much then the hard part comes - do you average down at the current price to make some return.
