Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sandpiper's proposed board member... caution...ntcse123:    Liked your last post.   Found my way to Artis when the activists arrived.   Up 20% or more.   Sold most of my position to buy H&R ahead of their earnings/FFO  release last week.  Looked a bit cheaper,    Now up 10% on that one.    Sold most of it today to buy  these others where the mgmt has skin in the game.   Dream unlimited and MRC.  Neither pay much of a divie,  but use buybacks to to some extent.  MRC is nice discount to NAV and cheap on FFO.  

I will take a look at this Boardwalk.   Any opinions  on Dream U.  or Morguard Corp. where  the fees flow upward to the parent co's.?
