57% operating cost reduction - not really true

57% operating cost reduction - not really true

Company boasts in their NR a 57% reduction in operating costs from previous quarter, however they really isn't the truth.

diving into their MD&A reveals it's just smoke and mirrors and the fact is operating costs remain unchanged from previous quarter:

During the three months ended September 30, 2020, the Company’s operating expenses, excluding restructuring charges of $0.2 million, decreased to $6.4 million (June 30, 2020: $14.7 million), a reduction of 57%. The reduction was primarily driven by a recovery related to share based payments from the cancellation of outstanding stock options during the three months ended September 30, 2020 and the inclusion of a $2.2 million bad debt write-off recorded in the three months ended June 30, 2020. Apart from these items, the Company’s operating expenses were relatively flat quarter-over-quarter
