Anyone knows how FAIR VALUE of the Preferreds will be

Anyone knows how FAIR VALUE of the Preferreds will becalculated if Cashed out?    Will Present Value of Future Dividends be used?   Will average trading price of Shares be used?    Will Terms of the Preferreds ($25 redemption) be use?
