Yesterday someone posted about how canada has 8 million rapid tests which federal goverment deployed to the provinces. The provinces have yet to even use them, i'm not sure why you keep saying testing is needed for years to come? Clearly the provinces don't believe that... 3 months back i believed that this was the key but i no longer believe it.
