My gut feeling says Adam “The Closer” Chodos is working on a consortium of miners to achieve a better price for Pebble!
The size and contents of Pebble may be to much for just one buyer, so sharing the costs and benefits may allow Pebble to get its true value!
Spreading the cost to buy Pebble amongst 3 or 4 buyers lessens the upfront cost and at a later date one of the miners could buyout the others.
