If you were mangement would call a fairweather friend friend such as 69 a shareholder? He comes, sticks around while the getting is good and then splits. He might be in for a week or a month but I doubt he's a long term shareholder. So why not use the cash to buyback shares, for exploration, or just to have in times of need? Cash is king afterall.
