I thought that's what you might have been referring to (CA-CL) but that is very different than cash. But i do believe that raising captial is front and center on management's minds.

As for the going concern comments, i think that they have been in every financial document that the company has ever released. I am not going to go back and research that statement but without revenue coming in, i would think that every auditor would insist on a going concern statement or seperate note.
