Kojak, Charles Funk has been aggressive.I give Charles Funk credit. The first thing he does when Heliostar merges with Redstar is go right into a full blown drilling program, during a volatile Mid-Fall season in the Aleutians region , where weather patterns collide this time of the year.
It took awhile for the Heliostar/Redstar merger to be finalized and so the drill program got pushed back much later than desired. The Fall October and November weather in the Aleutians has a mixture of constant high winds, snowy, icy, wet, muddy and foggy. Which effects helicopter moving drills and drillers doing their job.
I have a hunch the new Heliostar team of geologists, crew and drillers have accomplished nearly impossible odds in a short amount of time while adapting to vast terrain they have never seen before where the gold fields exist.
Kojak, my impression is those of us that are holding onto this stock, know or knew someone that was affiliated with Heliotar/Redstar at one time or another. As large as Alaska is. people in the Gold community pay attention to the Miners.
We may not now, but Heliostar thus far is enthused with the drill program. The labs are swamped with core from numerous Gold Companies and that may be the reason why we are waiting for the first samples to be evaluated.
