It's not as simple as that, but the simple answer is:

If you were a shareholder for the first tranche (the sale of the California license / site)

you get one Vibe share for every 55 VCAN shares

If you were a shareholder for the second trance (the sale of the Portland store)

you get one Vibe share for every 12 VCAN shares

In addition, there are warrants that give you the ability to purchase additional VIBE warrants in the future at a specific price - there's details about that elsewhere in the forum.
